Eight Australian travel agents will experience the best of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai through authentic local experiences, distinctive products and standout activities, while seeing first-hand how much Northern Thailand can offer the Australian market.
Return economy flights from your nearest major city, accommodation, itinerary activities and the majority of meals are included.

The promotion applies to qualifying bookings paid between 1 September 2026 and 25 September 2026 inclusive.
Agents must activate the Thailand Mission in the Rewards Hub to receive 50% bonus Room-Res Rewards on qualifying paid Thailand product bookings.
Payment must be completed between 1 September and 25 September 2026 inclusive. The client's travel date is not restricted to the promotion period.
Book Now, Pay Later reservations do not qualify while unpaid. They qualify only if full payment is completed during the promotion period.
Bookings paid after 25 September 2026 will not qualify for bonus Rewards.
Bonus Rewards are added to the agent's account when payment is made and will appear as pending until the booking is completed.
There are eight Australian agent places available.
Draw entries are awarded for qualifying Thailand products booked through Room-Res and paid in full during the promotion period.
Each fully paid Thailand Exclusive Tour backed by Musement, member of TUI, earns three draw entries. Each fully paid Thailand hotel booking earns two draw entries. Each fully paid Thailand booking for another product earns one draw entry.
The three-entry Exclusive Tour rate replaces the standard one-entry rate for that booking. Entry rates are not combined for the same booking.
Only fully paid bookings qualify for draw entries. Book Now, Pay Later reservations earn no entries while unpaid and qualify only if full payment is completed during the promotion period.
Every valid draw entry has an equal chance of selection, regardless of the qualifying product or supplier that generated it.
Winners will be drawn and notified on 28 September 2026.
Eight winning agents will join Room-Res on a hosted fam trip exploring Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai from 26-31 October 2026.

Winners must accept their fam trip place by 2 October 2026.
The fam trip place is for the qualifying agent only and is not transferable.
Winning agents are responsible for personal incidentals, travel insurance and any costs not expressly included.
Room-Res reserves the right to amend the fam trip dates, itinerary or inclusions if required.
Only bookings paid within the promotion period qualify. There is no restriction on the client's travel date.
Book Now, Pay Later reservations do not qualify while unpaid. They qualify only when full payment is completed between 1 September and 25 September 2026 inclusive.
Cancelled, refunded or otherwise invalid bookings may be excluded from qualification and any associated bonus Rewards or fam trip eligibility.
If a winner does not accept their place by 2 October 2026, declines the prize or cannot participate, a redraw will take place.
If a booking connected to a winning entry is cancelled, refunded or otherwise becomes invalid after the draw, Room-Res reserves the right to withdraw the prize and conduct a redraw.
Room-Res reserves the right to amend Book & Win Thailand, including dates, Rewards, fam trip inclusions and conditions, at its discretion.
All decisions regarding qualification, Rewards and fam trip places are final and made at Room-Res' sole discretion.
