BRAND OBJECTIVE / BEYOND THE CAMPAIGN

Build familiarity. Create expectation.

Room-Res’s three key marketing assets are enduring brand pillars alongside the booking platform. Campaigns should strengthen agent recognition, understanding and anticipation of these experiences—not only generate a short-term response.

The Sanctuary: recognition and reward

Consistent naming, identity and campaign storytelling give agents repeated opportunities to recognise The Sanctuary and understand its role in celebrating agent performance. The supplied creative, social-sharing activity and hosted trip provide evidence of activation; awareness lift has not yet been measured.

The Residence: make the brand tangible

Integrate a Residence event into campaigns wherever practical. Palau’s Sustainable Tourism Spotlight gave the campaign a physical destination for agent connection, learning and discovery of the space. Event promotion is documented; attendance and first-time visitor figures remain to be added.

Future success measures: recognition of each brand pillar, understanding of its purpose, intent to participate, first-time Residence visitors, agencies represented, repeat attendance and follow-up engagement.

03 / PERFORMANCE

From attention to bookings.

Channel results below are transcribed from screenshots supplied on 21 October 2026. Booking, search and TTV results remain pending. Dashes mean awaiting data, never zero.

Event traffic is distinct from promotion traffic

The event page shows 1,438 on its counter, while the main promotion page shows 218. These counters cannot establish relative channel effectiveness without matching reporting periods and consistent tracking, including any earlier Leadpages traffic.

Read the results in context. Record campaign dates, market, currency, data extraction date and attribution basis with each result. Compare with an equal-length prior period and, where available, the same period last year. Separate Palau sales from all-destination incentive activity. TTV means total transaction value; confirm paid/cancelled booking treatment. Search CTR and eDM CTR use different denominators.

PARTNERS & CONTRIBUTIONS

The partners behind Palau.

DESTINATION PARTNER & HOSTING

Palau Visitors Authority

Named destination partner in launch coverage and producer of the updated FAM itinerary. Its role is acknowledged through the destination programme and hosted experience.

AIRLINE SUPPORT

Qantas

Named supporting airline in launch coverage. Winner invitations included return economy airfares; the records reviewed do not establish Qantas’s precise seat contribution or financial value.

RESORTS IN THE WINNER PACKAGE

Palau Sunrise Seaview Landison Resort
Palau Pacific Resort

The winner invitation includes four nights at each resort with daily breakfast. They are credited as included accommodation; a donated stay or sponsorship arrangement has not been verified.

CAMPAIGN & EVENT DELIVERY

Room-Res.com + Travel Daily

Room-Res developed campaign communications, creative and agent participation pathways. Travel Daily is credited as the co-hosting partner for the sustainable tourism event, alongside its documented trade coverage.

Acknowledgement reflects documented roles, not audited financial shares. Launch coverage names Qantas and PVA as supporting partners; the winner invitation and PVA itinerary establish the accommodation package. Contribution amounts and a reliable financial ranking were not supplied.

06 / PR & AMPLIFICATION

Beyond our own channels.

Agent-generated content

Submission emails found for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn activity. Compile unique posts, participating agents, reach, engagement and reusable content permissions before reporting a total.

VOLUME & REACH PENDING

Sustainable tourism event

Supporting Palau event activity appears in the campaign records, with a rescheduled 20 July date. Report registrations, attendance and follow-up separately from the incentive.

EVENT CHANNEL RESULTS ADDED

Coverage records are not a complete media audit. Audience reach and advertising value have not been supplied. Launch coverage lists an earlier trip start date; this report uses the later winner invitation and updated itinerary.

07 / CAMPAIGN WRAP

Campaign achievements & next steps.

What the evidence shows

The supplied screenshots record 16 eDMs, 41,527 deliveries and 454 reported clicks, plus 130,514 impressions and 388 clicks across three MPU adverts. Original creative, multiple participation routes, trade coverage and the hosted trip are also documented. These are channel activity totals, not unique campaign reach.

What we can conclude once results arrive

Whether activity increased Palau searches, quotes, bookings and TTV; which channels drove action; and how participation and rewards translated into sustained agent behaviour.

Commercial lift, ROI and mission completion cannot yet be assessed. A booking increase alone would not establish that the campaign caused it.
