It’s designed to make transferring bookings worthwhile, simple, and supported. If you already have hotel bookings sitting elsewhere, this is a chance to bring them across, protect the price, and earn extra Rewards along the way.
What’s in it for you
Transferring a booking is straightforward, and the team is here to help at every step. As long as the booking is like-for-like, the process is supported and designed to ensure you receive both price-matching support and your bonus Rewards.
When you transfer an eligible existing hotel booking to Room-Res, you receive:
- A guaranteed 2% Room-Res Rewards on every approved booking
- Price matching support, where needed, to help protect the original booking value
If there’s no price difference, or if Room-Res is already cheaper, the 2% bonus Rewards still apply.
Every approved booking earns an additional 2% in bonus Room-Res Rewards.
How the transfer works
The process is straightforward and fully supported. As long as the booking is like for like, the team will review it, apply any eligible price adjustment, and make sure your bonus Rewards are credited correctly.
Step 1 – Find an exact match
Search for the same hotel on Room-Res, keeping the room type, dates and cancellation conditions aligned.
Step 2 – Book with added value
Reconfirm the booking on Room-Res. Eligible bookings receive price support and a guaranteed 2% Rewards bonus.
Step 3 – Confirm and earn
Email your Room-Res confirmation number and a screenshot or equivalent proof of the original booking to:

This is required only to assess and apply any price-matching support, where needed.
The team will then review the request, apply any eligible price adjustment, and credit your bonus Rewards.
You’ll receive confirmation once everything has been actioned.
A few things worth knowing
There are a few practical guidelines that help keep things clear and consistent. These make it easier to quickly assess bookings and ensure that both price support and bonus Rewards are applied correctly.
• This offer applies to existing hotel bookings only
• Bookings must have been initially made in 2025
• Bookings must be confirmed on Room-Res by 31st January 2026
• Price matching support is assessed on a like-for-like basis
• A screenshot or equivalent proof of the original booking is required to assess and apply any price-matching support, where applicable
• Bonus Rewards are applied after approval, once the transfer has been reviewed

Terms & Conditions – Transfer & Earn
These Terms and Conditions explain how the Transfer & Earn offer works, who it applies to, and how eligible bookings can receive price matching support and bonus Room-Res Rewards.
The offer is designed to support Travel Associates agents in transferring existing hotel bookings to Room-Res during January 2026. By taking part in this offer, agents agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Eligibility
This promotion is open exclusively to Travel Associates advisors with active Room-Res accounts. You must be based in Australia and be registered with Room-Res using your Travel Associates email address. By taking part, you accept these terms and conditions.
Promotion Period
This offer is available for bookings transferred and confirmed on the Room-Res platform between 1st January 2026 and 31st January 2026, inclusive. Bookings confirmed outside this period are not eligible.
Eligible Bookings
To qualify for this offer, bookings must meet all of the following criteria:
• Be existing hotel bookings only
• Originally made before 1st January 2026
• Be held outside of the preferred supply at the time of transfer
• Be reconfirmed on the Room-Res platform during the promotional period
• Be like for like, meaning the hotel, dates, room type, board basis and cancellation conditions are substantially the same
• Be submitted for review in accordance with the process outlined in these Terms and Conditions
New bookings do not qualify.
Price matching support
Where an eligible booking is transferred to Room-Res, and there is a price difference, Room-Res may provide price-matching support of up to 10% of the booking value, assessed as follows:
• Up to 8% may be adjusted from the cost of the booking
• 2% will be provided to the agent as bonus Room-Res Rewards
Price matching support is assessed on a like-for-like basis only and is subject to availability at the time of reconfirmation.
Room-Res reserves the right to decline or partially approve price-matching support where booking details are not substantially the same.
Bonus Room-Res Rewards
All eligible and approved transferred bookings will receive a guaranteed 2% bonus Room-Res Rewards, regardless of whether:
• A price difference exists, or
• Room-Res pricing is the same or lower than the original booking
Bonus Rewards are credited after the transfer is approved and the operations team has reviewed the booking.
Rewards are applied to the agent’s Room-Res account and are subject to standard Room-Res Rewards terms of use.
6. Submission and approval process
To request price matching support and bonus Rewards, agents must:
- Reconfirm the booking on the Room-Res platform.
- Email the Room-Res confirmation number and a screenshot of the original booking confirmation to pricematch@room-res.com
- Await confirmation from the Room-Res operations team.
Room-Res will review each request to confirm eligibility and advise the agent once the booking has been actioned.
Incomplete submissions may delay or invalidate eligibility.
Review discretion
Room-Res retains discretion to:
- Assess whether bookings are substantially like-for-like
- Request additional information where required
- Decline support where the eligibility criteria are not met
When eligibility is unclear, agents are encouraged to contact the team before reconfirming a booking.
Limitations
- This offer applies to hotel bookings only
- Air, transfers, tours and other products are excluded
- Bookings transferred under this offer cannot be combined with other Room-Res transfer or price support offers unless explicitly stated
- Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable
Changes and withdrawal
Room-Res reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time where reasonably required, including in cases of misuse, system issues, or operational constraints.
Any changes will not affect bookings already approved and confirmed during the promotional period.
General Terms
Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All decisions by Room-Res regarding eligibility, approvals and Rewards allocation are final.
