This campaign runs from 15th August to 30th September 2024 and is open to all Envoyage agents registered on the Room-Res platform. Every search and booking you make on Room-Res will bring you closer to fantastic rewards and our grand prize. Here it works:
You'll unlock rewards and bonuses at different milestones:
- Make 20 confirmed bookings and earn $50 in Room-Res Rewards.
- Make 30 confirmed bookings and earn $100 in Room-Res Rewards.
- Make 40 confirmed bookings and receive an exclusive $200 reward.

Terms and Conditions: Welcome to "The Big Reveal" campaign!
Below, you'll find the terms and conditions that govern this magical campaign. These guidelines ensure a fair, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all participating agents. Understanding and adhering to these terms allows you to set yourself up for a successful and rewarding journey. Happy booking, and best of luck in the campaign!
Eligibility and Participation
This campaign is exclusive to Envoyage, Link, and Luxury Travel Collection agents. Only confirmed bookings made by agents within these groups during the campaign period are eligible for rewards and the grand prize.
Campaign Duration
The campaign runs from 15th August to 30th September 2024. All bookings must be fully paid by 30th September to qualify for rewards.
Booking Criteria
Bookings across all Room-Res products, including hotels, transfers, attractions, car rentals, and multi-day tours, are eligible. Bookings made under the Book Now Pay Later (BNPL) option are included only if fully paid by 30th September 2024.
Reward Structure
Agents can earn one bonus reward based on the highest tier they reach during the campaign. The reward structure is as follows:
- 20 confirmed bookings: $50 in Room-Res Rewards.
- 30 confirmed bookings: $100 in Room-Res Rewards.
- 40 confirmed bookings: $200 in Room-Res Rewards.
Grand Prize
The six agents with the highest Total Transaction Value (TTV) across the Envoyage, Link Travel Group, and Luxury Travel Collection groups (each winner is invited to bring a guest to share their room, either twin or double) will each win an exclusive weekend event in Sydney. The event will be held before the end of April 2025, with at least three months' notice provided to the winners.
Prize Redemption
The grand prize is transferable within the winning agent's agency to another eligible agent if the original winner cannot attend. However, if the prize is not claimed, it will be awarded to the next agent with the highest TTV.
Booking Qualifications
Only fully paid bookings will count towards the campaign. Bookings using the Book Now Pay Later option must be fully paid by the end of September 2024 to qualify. All bookings, including hotels, transfers, attractions, car rentals, and multi-day tours, contribute to your TTV.
Changes to Terms
Room-Res reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or cancel the campaign without prior notice.
Disputes: Decisions made by Room-Res regarding the campaign are final and binding.
