Thanksgiving – Cyber Monday Triple Points Promotion 2025

Promotion Period:
The promotion is valid from 00:00 PST on Thursday, November 27, 2025, to 23:59 PST on Monday, December 1, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:
Available to all registered WESTA agents based in the United States with an active Room-Res Rewards account in good standing.

Qualifying Bookings:
Triple Room-Res Reward Points will be applied to every new booking paid for in full during the Promotion Period.
The offer applies to all products and destinations available on Room-Res.com, including:
hotels, attractions, transfers, car rental, and multi-day touring.
Bookings created before the Promotion Period but paid during the Promo Period qualify.
Bookings created during the Promotion Period but not paid in full by 23:59 PST on December 1, 2025, do not qualify.
BNPL bookings converted into paid bookings during the Promotion Period qualify.
Cancelled, amended, or re-booked reservations are excluded.

Reward Calculation:
The Triple Points multiplier is applied to the member’s current Tier level on the date of payment.
Points are earned on the net booking value, excluding taxes, fees, or credit-card surcharges.
Example earn rates (USD $1.00 = base points):
• Silver: 0.5 → 1.5 points
• Gold: 0.6 → 1.8 points
• Platinum: 0.75 → 2.25 points

Issuing of Bonus Points:
Bonus points earned during the Promotion Period will be calculated and credited to member accounts by December 5, 2025.

Other Conditions:
Promotion applies to Room-Res Rewards points only and does not affect commission.
Points will be reversed if a qualifying booking is cancelled or refunded after the promotion is applied.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional multiplier unless explicitly stated.
Room-Res reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
