Terms and Conditions: "Jingle All The Way: Room-Res' Festive Bingo Challenge!"

Before you embark on the exciting journey of our "Jingle All The Way: Festive Bingo Challenge," we invite you to peruse the terms and conditions that govern this festive campaign. These guidelines ensure a fair, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all participating agents. Promotion Period: The booking qualification period runs from Friday 1st December to Friday 22nd December 2023.
Eligibility: Open to all registered Room-Res travel agents. New and existing agents are eligible to participate.
Prize Threshold: The Prize fund will only be allocated when the promotion
Task Completion: Participants must complete any five tasks from the provided list of ten during the promotion period. Each completed task must be different.
Proof of Completion: Participants must provide evidence of completed tasks during the promotion period (e.g., booking reference numbers and screenshots of social media posts using the Social Share tool) via email to bingo@room-res.com.
Rewards: Upon verification of five completed tasks, participants will receive $25 in Room-Res Rewards, credited to their account within one week of the completion of the promotion.
Grand Prize Draw: Each participant who completes the bingo challenge will be entered into a draw to win a $3,000 social media marketing campaign. The draw will occur within one month after the promotion ends, and the winner will be notified via email.
Social Media Campaign: The $3,000 social media campaign prize will be coordinated with the winner to ensure alignment with their branding and marketing goals. Room-Res will provide support, including campaign direction and copywriting. Details of inclusions are laid out above.
No Cash Alternative: Prizes and rewards are non-transferable, and no cash alternative exists.
Responsibility for Entries: Room-Res is not responsible for any entries not received due to technical failures or other reasons beyond our control.
Prize Threshold: The Grand Prize Draw for the $3,000 social media marketing campaign is subject to a minimum participation requirement. The prize draw will only be conducted if a minimum of five (5) participants complete the bingo challenge and enter the draw. This clause ensures a competitive spirit and fairness in allocating the grand prize. If fewer than five participants meet the challenge criteria, the Grand Prize Draw may not proceed, and participants will be notified accordingly.
Data Protection: Participants' information will be used in accordance with Room-Res's privacy policy. Participants agree that Room-Res can use their social media shares for promotional purposes.
