Automatic allocation
The fee is split between the services in proportion to their value. You do not need to calculate each share.
Processing charge
Room-Res charges a processing fee of 4% or $5, whichever is greater.
Cancellations and refunds
If part of the booking is canceled, its allocated booking fee is refunded, along with the associated processing fee.

Search and select the travel services your client needs, then continue to checkout.

Enter the booking fee
Add your chosen amount in the booking fee field at checkout. It is included in the total price shown to your client.

Room-Res allocates the fee across each part of the booking according to its value. Review the final booking details before confirming.

You can edit the booking fee in the booking administration area after completing the booking. Your client sees the final total with the fee included.
