We offer four types of tours currently - Guaranteed Departures: These are group tours with specific start dates and are guaranteed to operate, irrespective of the number of participants. This offers agents and clients peace of mind, knowing that their travel plans won't be disrupted due to lack of participation. These tours often cover a comprehensive itinerary, allowing travellers to explore and experience the best of a destination in the company of like-minded individuals. Private Tours: Tailored for individual travellers or small private groups, these tours provide personalised experiences. The itinerary, departure dates, and itinerary are set and include a dedicated guide and private transportation throughout, ensuring an exclusive and in-depth destination exploration. Self-Drive Tours: For clients who prefer independence and freedom, Self-Drive Tours are the perfect choice. These packages include pre-booked accommodation and car rental, allowing travellers to explore independently and make spontaneous detours en route. Itineraries for these tours provide a suggested route with highlighted points of interest, but ultimately, the day-to-day activities are self-guided and customisable. City Breaks: These are short, usually weekend, getaways exploring a single city or region. City Breaks offer a quick escape from routine, often focusing on the highlights of a destination - cultural attractions, gastronomy, nightlife, shopping, etc. These tours are perfect for clients looking for a quick travel fix without committing to an extended itinerary.

On our tour search results page, we currently display tours based on their popularity and frequency of bookings to ensure you see the most preferred choices by other agents. We understand the value of customization and ease of search, so we're actively working to implement new filtering and selection tools. These tools, expected very soon, will allow you to refine your search based on various parameters, including price, duration, originating city, type of tour, theme, and target audience. This way, you can find the perfect trip that aligns with your client's preferences and needs. Yes, you certainly can. Room-Res allows you to Book Now & Pay Later. This gives you the flexibility to finalise details with your clients or even give them time to decide without fearing losing their preferred tour. Just click 'Book Now & Pay Later' on the booking page to use this feature. Please note that the booking will be automatically released if it is not paid in full by the required date.

Start by selecting the country from the 'destination' tab, where you'll see a dropdown list of available countries. Select the dates for your travel using the date boxes. You can even choose to show all tours by selecting 'Anytime'. Then, input the number of passengers, which is defaulted to two adults. Click 'search' and browse the results to find your desired tour.

Each result shows the tour name, duration, type of tour, itinerary summary, detailed description, NET price per person, total cost based on passenger selection, and the deposit message (10% deposit to confirm).

Click on 'continue' for the tour you're interested in. This will open the tour page, where you'll find detailed information about the tour, including a comprehensive itinerary, maps, inclusions, and exclusions. Select the departure date, pickup location, and room type (for upgrades, if available). Then, click 'book' to go to the booking page, where you can add other products, create a template, duplicate the itinerary, send a quote to your customer, Book Now & Pay Later or proceed to book immediately.

Room-Res Rewards are bonus points that you earn when you book through us. You can use these points for future bookings. The number of rewards you'll make for a booking is shown on the booking page.
