When does the celebration run?
From 12.00am (midnight) on 13 October 2026 until 10.48am on 16 November 2026, Sydney time (AEDT). We close exactly ten years to the minute after our first booking.
How do I take part?
Activate double rewards through Missions in your Room-Res account. You can sign in or register using the links below, then make qualifying paid bookings during the celebration. The celebration is available only to agents based in Australia.
Do I need to opt in?
Activate double rewards in Missions in your Room-Res account. Your hotel mission unlocks automatically when you reach 10 qualifying paid hotel bookings.
Which bookings earn double rewards?
Double Room-Res Rewards applies to confirmed bookings paid during our birthday celebration, including bookings beyond your first 20. Double means twice your usual rewards in total.
How does the 10-for-$10 mission work?
Make 10 hotel bookings to unlock the bonus. Your next 10 hotel bookings each earn $10 in bonus Room-Res Rewards, up to $100 in bonus Room-Res Rewards. These are rewards, not cash. Bookings 1 to 10 earn double rewards; bookings 11 to 20 earn double rewards plus the $10 bonus.
What does the birthday-party prize include?
The prize is an all-expenses-paid trip to attend the Room-Res Island 10th Birthday Party at The Island, Sydney Harbour, including flights, accommodation and a VIP place on the guest list. The party is on 1 December 2026 at 6pm, Sydney time (AEDT). Travel details will be announced.
How are the Top 10 Bookers ranked?
By the total transaction value of confirmed bookings paid during our birthday celebration, not the number of bookings. Subsequent cancellations will not affect the ranking.
Does every Top 10 Booker win?
No. Finishing in the Top 10 qualifies you for the draw, not a guaranteed prize.
