Choose your commission percentage in your Settings and the platform will automatically calculate the sale price during your search. When you share your screen with a client, they see the full selling price immediately.

One of the things we’ve always tried to do with Room-Res is listen to what agents tell us would make the platform easier to use. The Commission Slider came directly from those conversations. Agents wanted a simple way to set their margin and show the final selling price when quoting clients, especially when sharing their screen. So we built a straightforward way to do exactly that inside the platform.
