Terms & Conditions for the Room-Res 10th Birthday Celebration

We’re turning 10, and you get the presents. Opt in for double Room-Res Rewards on every booking, plus a hotel-booking mission offering up to $100 in bonus Room-Res Rewards. There’s also a chance to join our biggest birthday party ever.

Campaign period and eligibility

The promotion opens at 12.00am (midnight) on 12 October 2026 and closes at 10.48am on 16 November 2026. All times are Sydney time (AEDT, UTC+11). The closing time marks exactly ten years since the first Room-Res booking.

Agents must hold a Room-Res account and follow the birthday promotion opt-in instructions in Missions to participate. To confirm: eligible markets and account requirements, whether each offer requires a separate opt-in, whether bookings made or paid before opt-in count, and how the exact closing-time cutoff is applied.

Part 1: Double Room-Res Rewards

Earn double the normal Room-Res Rewards for your applicable tier on every booking during the campaign period. This means twice the usual reward amount in total, not normal rewards plus a further double allocation. Double rewards continues beyond the first 20 bookings.

To confirm: whether eligibility is based on the booking date, payment date or both. This includes Book Now Pay Later bookings, bookings created before the campaign and bookings paid after the closing time. No payment-timing rule is confirmed in this draft.

To confirm: current tier rates, when rewards are credited and become available, and the treatment of cancellations, refunds and amendments.

Part 2: Make 10 hotel bookings, then earn up to $100 extra

Make 10 hotel bookings, then receive $10 in bonus Room-Res Rewards for each of your next 10 hotel bookings. The maximum additional bonus from this mission is $100 in Room-Res Rewards, not cash.

The first 10 hotel bookings unlock the bonus and earn double Room-Res Rewards. Hotel bookings 11 to 20 each earn double Room-Res Rewards plus $10 in bonus Room-Res Rewards. The first 10 do not receive the additional $10. Completing all 20 earns the full $100 bonus. Further bookings continue to earn double rewards during the promotion, but no further $10 mission bonuses.

Only hotel bookings count towards the 10-for-$10 mission. Transfers, attractions, car hire and multi-day tours do not count towards its booking milestones. The separate double-rewards offer applies to every booking.

To confirm: payment eligibility, treatment of earlier-created bookings and Book Now Pay Later bookings, booking sequence, account-level tracking, opt-in requirements, bonus crediting time, and treatment of cancellations, refunds and amendments. These operational details are not yet approved.

Part 3: Your chance to join Room-Res Island

Finish among the Top 10 Bookers and go into the draw for a place at Room-Res Island: The 10th Birthday Party Edition at The Island, Sydney Harbour.

Finishing in the Top 10 qualifies an agent for the draw. It does not guarantee a prize or mean that all 10 agents win.

To confirm: how the Top 10 are ranked, qualifying bookings and products, tie rules, number of winners, draw date and process, winner notification and acceptance deadline.

The birthday party prize

The prize is a place at the Room-Res Island 10th Birthday Party. The party date, time and full inclusions are to be confirmed. Flights, accommodation, transfers, meals and permission to bring a guest are not confirmed inclusions.

To confirm: final prize value and inclusions, attendance requirements, whether a place can be transferred, and arrangements if a winner cannot attend or does not respond.

General terms

• By opting in, agents agree to the final published promotion terms.
• Room-Res will verify qualifying bookings, reward entitlement and prize eligibility.
• The previous campaign allowed changes to dates, offers and terms with notification to participants. The wording and any limits on changes must be confirmed for this promotion.
• The previous campaign placed campaign decisions at Room-Res’ discretion. The final decision-making and dispute provisions must be confirmed.

Before launch: confirm the promoter details, eligible jurisdictions, any required prize-draw approvals or disclosures, all items marked “To confirm”, and the final terms.
