Eight Australian advisors joined our winners from New Zealand and the United States for a few unforgettable days of luxury, adventure and proper time together.
The Australian places were earned through several qualification routes, including our top-booker categories. Different agencies, different markets and different ways of working — all connected by the bookings that put them on the island.

The best rewards are shared
Every winner gets to bring a guest of their choice. It sounds like a small detail, but it changes the whole feeling of Room-Res Island.
This is still a brilliant opportunity to experience a destination and its products first-hand. But it is also time away from work with a partner, friend or family member who has been there through the busy days and late finishes.
Private pool villas at Banyan Tree Phuket made a pretty spectacular first impression. Once everyone had settled in, welcome drinks and dinner brought the group together for the first time — guests very much included.
Everyone did the island their way
There was never one big group marching through the same itinerary. Advisors and guests headed out in smaller groups and chose the experiences that felt right for them.
For some, that meant gloves on for Thai kickboxing or a wander through the colour of Phuket Old Town’s street art. Others chose massage treatments and sound healing, got hands-on with Thai cooking, or mixed their own herbal massage oil at Nature House.
The nicest part? Whenever everyone met up again, they came back with completely different stories. It made every drink, dinner and catch-up feel like a fresh chapter of the trip.
A little competition. A lot to talk about.
The Room-Res Island Games brought plenty of laughs, a few unexpectedly serious competitors and just enough friendly rivalry.
Later, everyone came back together over dinner to trade stories from the day, compare their small-group adventures and enjoy an easy evening in good company.
Blue water, loud music, nowhere else to be
The private catamaran day was always going to be a highlight. Phuket’s turquoise water did not disappoint.
There was snorkelling, swimming and paddleboarding for anyone feeling active; inflatable toys and a slide for anyone feeling playful; and plenty of deck space, food, drinks and music for everyone happy to simply take it all in.
Back at Banyan Tree Phuket, a private final dinner closed the trip — one last evening to celebrate the winners and everything they had shared.
More than a brilliant few days away
Our winners came home knowing the resort, the destination and the experiences in the best possible way: by actually living them.
They also came home knowing each other — advisors from three countries, their guests and the Room-Res team — a little better than they did before.
