Terms & Conditions for the Room-Res 10th Birthday Celebration

We’re turning 10, and you get the presents. Opt in for double Room-Res Rewards on paid bookings and a chance to join our biggest birthday party ever.

Campaign period and eligibility

The promotion opens at 12.00am (midnight) on 12 October 2026 and closes at 10.48am on 16 November 2026. All times are Sydney time (AEDT, UTC+11). The closing time marks exactly ten years since the first Room-Res booking.

Agents must hold a Room-Res account and opt in to the birthday mission to participate. To confirm: eligible markets and account requirements, whether bookings paid before opt-in count, and how the exact closing-time cutoff is applied.

Part 1: Double Room-Res Rewards

Earn double the normal Room-Res Rewards for your applicable tier on qualifying bookings paid during the campaign period. This is a 100% bonus on the usual reward amount.

Under this draft, bookings created before the promotion using Book Now Pay Later qualify when paid during the campaign period. Bookings created during the promotion but paid after 10.48am on 16 November 2026 (AEDT) do not qualify.

Following the previous campaign’s payment process, this draft assumes bonus points appear upon payment and remain pending until the booking is completed. To confirm: current tier rates, crediting arrangements, and treatment of cancellations, refunds and amendments.

Part 2: Book 10, then earn up to $100 extra

Proposed offer, subject to confirmation. Make 10 qualifying bookings, then receive a $10 Room-Res Rewards bonus for each of your next 10 qualifying bookings. That is up to $100 extra per agent.

For this mock-up, the first 10 bookings unlock the offer. Bookings 11 to 20 each earn $10; the first 10 do not receive this additional bonus. The offer can be completed once per agent during the campaign and is the same across all tiers.

This draft follows the previous promotion by counting paid bookings across hotels, transfers, attractions, car hire and multi-day tours. Book Now Pay Later bookings count only when paid within the campaign period.

To confirm: feasibility of the offer, qualifying product types, whether earlier-created bookings count, booking sequence and opt-in rules, bonus crediting time, and treatment of cancellations, refunds and amendments. These draft assumptions are not yet approved.

Part 3: Your chance to join Room-Res Island

Finish among the Top 10 Bookers and go into the draw for a place at Room-Res Island: The 10th Birthday Party Edition at The Island, Sydney Harbour.

Finishing in the Top 10 qualifies an agent for the draw. It does not guarantee a prize or mean that all 10 agents win.

To confirm: how the Top 10 are ranked, qualifying bookings and products, tie rules, number of winners, draw date and process, winner notification and acceptance deadline.

The birthday party prize

The prize is a place at the Room-Res Island 10th Birthday Party. The party date, time and full inclusions are to be confirmed. Flights, accommodation, transfers, meals and permission to bring a guest are not confirmed inclusions.

To confirm: final prize value and inclusions, attendance requirements, whether a place can be transferred, and arrangements if a winner cannot attend or does not respond.

General terms

• By opting in, agents agree to the final published promotion terms.
• Room-Res will verify qualifying bookings, reward entitlement and prize eligibility.
• The previous campaign allowed changes to dates, offers and terms with notification to participants. The wording and any limits on changes must be confirmed for this promotion.
• The previous campaign placed campaign decisions at Room-Res’ discretion. The final decision-making and dispute provisions must be confirmed.

Before launch: confirm the promoter details, eligible jurisdictions, any required prize-draw approvals or disclosures, all items marked “To confirm”, and the final terms.
