How to seamlessly add transfers

Our Transfers offer a range of vehicles, from budget-friendly transport to affordable and comfortable private cars. Whether your clients are travelling with their family, as a group of friends or looking for an executive or luxury service, we have something to suit their needs. Our recommended transfers are the best way to get to their booked property, without the hassle of queues for local transport or worrying about payment on arrival.

Book your hotel as normal

The first step is to search for, and find, your hotel stay - just as you do now. Choose the room and rate that you want, click 'Book Now' and add the customer details.

Create an Itinerary

Next, click the option to 'Create Itinerary' Tab, then the red 'Create Itinerary' button, and you will see two options within your selected hotel.  

"Add Transfer to this Hotel' and 'Add Transfer from this Hotel'


Searching for your transfer

Clicking on 'Add Transfer to this Hotel' opens the Search Transfers option, where you will notice that the hotel selected and a default time and date are both populated for you.

Simply add the port or airport in the 'Pick-up Location' box and complete the 'Flight Arrival' box with correct details.

Select your transfer vehicle

Then, simply choose the vehicle which will suit your client needs the best, and click the 'BOOK NOW' button.

Complete arrival details

Once you have completed the passenger flight details, click on the 'Add to Itinerary' button. You'll then be taken to Your Itinerary view, where you can simply add the return transfer to their next airport or port.

Review your itinerary to book or hold

Now you can Pay and Confirm or Hold & Pay Later for your transfers to and from your chosen hotel.

Giving your clients peace of mind that they'll be met upon arrival and transferred to their hotel.

Add transfers to your bookings. Now!

Step 1: Select your hotel as usual. 

Step 2: Add transfers to your itinerary. 

Step 3: Book or Hold the itinerary.
