Do I need to win the birthday draw to attend?
No. This is your invitation as a Platinum agent. Simply RSVP to let us know you’re coming.
Are flights and accommodation included?
Flights and accommodation are not included with your Platinum invitation. They are part of the separate birthday draw prize for eligible Top 10 Bookers. See the full draw terms & conditions.
Will you provide food?
Yes. It will be good.
Will you provide drinks?
Of course.
Will there be a top-class DJ spinning tunes?
Surely you know us well enough to know that’s guaranteed.
Should I let you know if I can’t come?
That would be appreciated. Let us know here by 6 November, whether you can join us or not.
How do we get to The Island?
We’ll arrange boat transfers to The Island. Departure points, boarding times and transfer arrangements will be confirmed closer to the party.
What happens if the weather changes?
The Island has a retractable roof and side covers. Event-specific arrangements will be confirmed closer to the party.

Is 10 a milestone birthday?
We see it more as a stepping stone. We’ve loved getting here. We’re excited about the next 10.
Why the Room-Res Island theme for the party?
Having become an annual event for the last 3 years, Room-Res Island has been our favourite celebration over the last 10 years. This is a way to share a bit of Room-Res Island Magic with our favourite people in the industry.
Will there be a sales presentation about how Room-Res is the best travel agent portal in the industry, finding winning value for agents whilst providing the best on-shore customer service around?
No. But if you’d like such a presentation earlier in the day, please just let us know.
