Sydney, 18th February 2026: Room-Res Island Returns With “What’s Your Indulgence?” at Banyan Tree Phuket
Room-Res has officially launched Room-Res Island 2026, inviting agents to earn their place at Banyan Tree Phuket in the next edition of its flagship incentive.
Under the theme Room-Res Island | What’s Your Indulgence?, this year’s experience centres on relaxation, exceptional food and active adventure in one of Thailand’s most iconic resorts. Ten agents will earn a place on the Island, each bringing a guest for a hosted VIP experience.
Running from 18th February to 31st March 2026, Room-Res Island rewards booking activity across the platform with elevated Room-Res Rewards, milestone bonuses and multiple pathways to secure a seat on the Island.

Additional opportunities to earn a place include top performance categories and the return of the much-anticipated Secret Island challenge, in which the first qualifying booking secures a spot.
The final place will be awarded through a live Residence Experience event, streamed nationally, bringing the competitive spirit of Room-Res Island directly to the broader network.
Banyan Tree Phuket, set among lagoons and tropical gardens on Bang Tao Beach, will host the 2026 winners. Known for its private pool villas, award-winning dining and beachfront setting, the resort delivers the kind of experience agents sell every day, now enjoyed first-hand.
