Sign in to Room-Res, open Rewards and select Missions. See which opportunities are available to you.
Check what gets you there
Look at the activity, reward and time remaining. If there’s an Activate button, click it before making your qualifying bookings. Some Missions start automatically.
Do your thing. Follow the progress.
Make the qualifying bookings or complete the activity, then come back to see your progress and extra Rewards.

Do I still earn my usual Room-Res Rewards?
Yes. Missions bring additional opportunities within Room-Res Rewards. The benefit shown on each Mission explains what you can earn.
Do I need to activate every Mission?
Some need you to click Activate before making the qualifying booking or completing the activity; others start automatically for eligible agents. Check yours before you get going.
Can one trip help with more than one Mission?
Some campaigns offer complementary opportunities, for example, a booking milestone and a destination bonus. Check each Mission to see what your bookings can contribute to.
How will I know when I’ve earned the reward?
Your Missions tab shows your progress and results. Check the particular Mission for when its reward is credited, or ask the Room-Res team if you need a hand.
