Room-Res Rewards is the loyalty program available to agents booking through Room-Res.
As you book across the platform, you earn cash rewards linked directly to your activity. There is nothing extra to manage and no separate steps required. Rewards simply build alongside the work you are already doing.
The Rewards Hub is where that activity becomes visible, showing your earnings, tier status, and progress in real time.

Missions introduce a new way to earn with Room-Res Rewards.
They turn everyday booking activity into clear, trackable goals, so you always know what you are working toward and how close you are to reaching it. From the moment a Mission is active, progress updates live inside the Hub, removing guesswork and giving you a clear line of sight from action to reward.
Instead of waiting to see results later, Missions let you see momentum as it happens.

How Missions Work
Missions appear directly in your Rewards Hub and run alongside your regular booking activity. Some Missions focus on ongoing engagement and progression, allowing you to build toward Rewards tiers over time. Others run for a limited period, allowing you to activate them and track your progress while they are live.
Once a Mission is active, everything else happens automatically. You book as usual, and the Hub keeps score.
Real-Time Progress, At a Glance
One of the most significant changes in the new Rewards Hub is visibility. As you book, you can see progress moving, rewards accumulating, and timeframes counting down, all in real time. It is designed to give you confidence that what you are doing is working and to provide clarity on what comes next.
The result is a rewards experience that feels immediate, transparent, and easy to stay engaged with.
