Welcome to the booking page for The Room Residence, exclusively available to Platinum and Gold agents. Here, you can book hot desks for part-time office use. If you need a meeting room or a boardroom, feel free to submit a request. To help us prepare, please use the "I'm coming" option to let us know when you'll visit. Please specify the day and whether you'll be coming in the morning or afternoon. This applies to all visits, including when using the lounge, so we can ensure it’s fully stocked for your comfort.

You can always visit us in The Room Residence lounge Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm - comfy seats and coffee are always waiting for you. We’d kindly ask that you let us know when you’re coming so that we can ensure everything is ready for your arrival. You can make your bookings now from 15th November onwards to secure your space and make the most of your time at The Room Residence.

Fill out the request form below and let us know your preferred room, date, time, favourite tunes, and any special requirements. We’ll do everything possible to get it sorted and prepare the space for your meeting.
Housekeeping Note:
Before you head off to your next meeting or trip, we’d really appreciate it if you could leave the space just as you found it. Clear away cups, papers, or food, and make sure the chairs are pushed in. If you’ve used the whiteboards, don’t forget to wipe off private or sensitive information.
